![]() ![]() If you decide to do tow away, Chuck in dispatch is a great guy. Arrogance runs wild there but is bearable. Coincidentally, she called back and said I didn't need to leave such a message. She owed me another 400-500 dollars and she gave me only 200.00 to get back home to NC because it was after hours and she didn't have time to look at my papers. I called at 5:15 and left a nasty message for her. Here I am stranded in Oregon with no money planning on sleeping in my car the entire weekend. If you complained about anything, she would delay paying you. By 3:30, I still had no money to drive back home. Sent my papers in thru driveaxle late morning. I made a delivery to Oregon on my last trip. Stops giving you loads if you complain about something. ![]() She thinks she is gods gift to all drivers. Snotty, cocky and arrogant bitchy attitude. As another person pointed out, Robin Baker is a huge problem. And, since when does a tire cost $350.? Last time I checked, it cost about $15. That's the whole point of them making you wait at the dealership until they inspect it. I was told that once they sign the inspection and you make delivery, the driver is no longer responsible for anything. Yet, it had no flat when I delivered it nor was it mentioned in the inspection at the dealership. Go out there and live the job, then tell me whether or not I'm wrong! Update: 3 weeks after I stopped driving for Synergy, they sent me a letter stating that they're taking close to $350 out of my escrow account because they claim that an RV I delivered had a flat tire. And, she is by far the worst employee there! I think that the owner should get a job there undercover and just see what it's like for a few weeks. Oh, and that Robin Baker beotch can kiss my a$$! She manages the drive-away division. They have a class room full of trainees in there every single week, and I'll bet that many quit on a weekly basis. Half the time, you're lucky just to break even. This might be an ok job for a retired guy who wants to travel the country and doesn't really need to make any money, but not for someone who needs to provide for a family. I drove all over hell and back making money for these people, freezing and sweating my butt off and risking my life on a daily basis. User ( 08:43) After working in the drive-away division for a solid year, I can honestly say that this job is bull $hlt. Have a great dispatcher always keeps me going. it's that simple! User ( 20:20) Great company to drive for great ppl in office always paided on time no complaints here. First they advance you 50% to run on, then you deliver phone scan in your paperwork.bang you're paid the remainder! Pick your freight, pick your destination and pick your income. They pay quick with a cash/fuel/debit card. The freight is there, the rates are average or maybe a little above. Trucking is a funny business.you want to be home, yet the itch to travel still knaws at you.well this outfit let's you do that go hard or go home. Synergy Transport seems to be doing something right. I've driven semis OTR for 40 years, hotshot for four more and campers only for a month. Ran one trip over six months ago and still no bond ! User ( 10:40) Nearly a month here. Lack of communication with them is at an all time high ! Ran one trip after I was begged to join them with great promises and then nothing. The freight in inconsistent and the office staff is very rude to say the least. User ( 22:55) Would not make this my 1st or last choice as a driver. If you're willing to work hard they'll keep you on the road.
